For a few of you that requested pics. Here are a few.
But a few notes first. Man these things make my rig shake like a biotch off idle up to about 10mph. After that they are just loud.
But nayhow, here they are.

Damn dude thats a kick a$$ looking ride.

Sorry for the quality of the 2 lower shots. The morning overcast tricked the flash.
I'll get some better ones for those pic whores on here.

Just another side note, Thanks for all the help from everybody on here that helped me get to this point.

What's their offroad performance like? Cost? What size are those?

Off-road, personally I dont know yet. But everybody under the moon has a set. My gears are still mis-matched from the 3/4 conversion, but soon as I get my others sold I'll have money to do the front gears.
Cost... They were 181 from NAtional Tire and Wheel. ORdered them on Thursday, they were here on Monday.
They are TSL-R 36x12.50x15's.

Looks pretty slick dude! Now you just gotta get those gears matching so you can get shots that aren't in front of the mall...
smile.gif

BTW I like the way your fender trim turned out...nice and smooth looking from a few feet away!

scott,
1989 GMC suburban 3/4t 4" lift soon to be rollin on 36" swampers, tbi350, th350, np241

My dodge buddy said I had to either shine them with armour all or I had to get them muddy.

He's a freak though. Gotta lovem.
And yes, the fenders do look better than I thought they would. I like the way the tires look. But I dont like the way it fills up the fender well. Although I know this is better for center of gravity and not to mention the wallet.
cool.gif

Cause I dont know "Whats in you wallet?"
laugh.gif

But aint much of nothing in mine after buying these tires.
shocked.gif

I aired them down to 30 today. Rides a little better, but those sidewalls are just damn sturdy.
cool.gif

Still that under 10 MPH total truck rumble is hard to beat.
laugh.gif

I still have some finess work to finish up on in the fender department. I'll have more pics when its done. Or maybe a few here and there during the process, just for you Rene.
wink.gif

The gears should come soon as I get these other tires sold. Hopefully this Friday to 454Jimmy. Then I'll have posi front and open barge in the rear to drag around.

put a couple thousand miles on 'em before you hit them with the armor-all!!

it has to do with the carbon in the rubber, i can't explain, but take my word or look it up!!

how much lift are you running? looks like you can flex without being too far up there, thats good!!!

greg

ITs only a 4" inch lift. I haven't flexed it to see how my clearance is. I will try to check all that out before I tidy up the fender cuttiing. Looks like I'll need to trim a hair or 2 off the rear for 2 reasons, a little more air around the tire and to make it match the front.
My wife like the filled up wheel well look. But I tried to explain to her that the space above the wheels shows "capability".
And that if I filled up the wheel well I wouldn't be able to get out of the driveway without the fenders doing a little tire trimming.
