How close can the two angles [in degrees] be or do they have to be exact? I am piecing together a 6 inch lift. It is not store bought complete lift. It is the rear i am refering to. Any help would be great. Thanks

Pinion angle vs. Transfer case angle?

1 to 2* difference is general. You of course reach a point where the u joint will be bound up if the transfer case isn't pointed down and the pinion pointed up.
The closer you get, the les vibs.

Thanks guys i really didnt think i would have much of a problem. If i did i would have a cv shaft built.
