What's the easiest way to install the pitman arm? It was a pain to get off, is it gonna be as much trouble to get back on? Any tricks or tips?

It should just bolt right on. Getting them off is the worst of it.
Yep, putting it on is easy, taking it off if the hard part. Open the bolt a little more, get a block of wood, and beat it on there, bolt down, done.
