Anyone here have one of these PJ Trailers, this one is a 20' Buggy Hauler. I think this is what I want to get for hauling my Blazer around, plus quads, RZR and anything else I might end up owning in the coming years. I certainly will be getting a 10K rated trailer since the Blazer's pretty heavy with the 1 tons, big tires and all the extra stuff.

I was using a 20'+5' gooseneck 14k trailer but sold it on Tuesday as we are getting a Slidein camper. This trailer will be used for the Blazer and for what ever else we might haul around. I have an enclosed trailer for the quads and RZR already.

Should I just get a 12k or 14k 20' flatbed instead?

Who has the heaviest K5? 8k of capacity over the trailer weight is plenty I think.

Any thoughts?

I have a 14K PJ trailer that has been used to haul my K5 for the past 7 years. The nice thing about that trailer is it only weighs 2300lbs, mine is 1000 lbs more.

When I last moved, my K5 (full sheet-metal and hard top, 1-ton funning gear), the trailer, and all the stuff I could cram in the blazer/on the trailer weighed in at 9,600lbs. So you should be good to go....

The only problem I see with using one of those is that it advertises 15" wheels. Hard to find a decent load rating in a 15. It'd be nice to have 16" on there, like my 10k has on it. I haul K20 pickups and burbs (and the occasional K30) on my trailer regularly without any issues, so a 10k should be fine for your Blazer.

I agree, 15'' wheels is cutting it close. I might ask what can be switched on to it.

I like this trailer for its width (without being a tall deckover trailer). I do wish it could come in a 12k or 14k flavor. I just prefer to spend the extra $500-800 for the upgrade and not have to worry about anything for a while. In Oregon once a trailer is rated over 8K its all the same for licensing. (Perm plated trailers, T plates on the truck).

Its looking like its this trailer or a 14K Great Northern 20' car/equipment trailer.

That's a really nice trailer and a good price too. I'd just upgrade the wheels to 16s and call it good.

My brother and I just got one of these last week. Its really nice, mine must be slightly different cause I think it weighs around 2900lbs. Ours has a 2ft beaver tail. With a spare tire, tax, title and all that stuff it was just under $4300. My bro and friend hauled a jeep on 38s last weekend from detroit to chicago with no problems. And my Trazer fits on there nicely with 42s :D
