Anyone ever use a low end plasma cutter? I saw this for $500. opinions?

Well, it looks alright to me. BUT, rule of thumb applies. You get what you pay for. If you are only going to use it on your own truck, just ask yourself.... Will I save more money than I spend if this thing breaks after what I need it for? Anything after that is just bonus. 
The reaility is I'd be fine w/ a set of torches. But man that is cheep!

I picked up one of these all in on units...

Have had a ball with it. Had to get a tank, some fittings to go between the air for the plasma and the argon/co2 tank to make switching back and forth easier, and a plug for the power cord.... The only thing it didn't come with was an electrode holder for the arc welder portion of it and the electrodes themselves for the tig part...
As for how long it will last, we'll see... but it sure has been handy so far....
