@Desert_K5 asked me about my plasma table earlier so I figured I’d start a thread and post a bunch of pics, as well as give a little review....
First of all...
I ordered this on March 6th and finally got it up and “running” in October. I knew I needed to upgrade the wiring in my garage, but that turned into a little bit of a setback. In fact it cost me a couple jobs. I had a guy lined up to do it, but he left me hangin and then tried to tell me he called me several times. He bumped into my wife at the store and actually had the balls to tell her to tell me to answer my phone so he could get my wiring done. But anyway.... long story short, he’s a tool. It worked out good though. I reconnected with an old friend after I saw his rig plastered all over the net and magazines after full-size invasion. I traded some parts and some table time for his time. He sent me to menards with a list of what I needed, and then did an awesome install.
After that it was all on me to finish setting things up and figuring it out. That’s where Premier Plasma showed their true colors. I’ve never been this happy with a company. Jake has spent a few hours through text getting things figured out, and even hacked into my computer one night to redo some programming.
I have some fine tuning to do to get my cut quality where it needs to be, but other than that it’s all good to go! It’s really a fun piece of equipment, and I enjoy drawing things up and cutting them out. On top of that the powermax 85 is a beast! I had my torch misfire and it pierced 1/4” steel from an inch above the plate. I do need to make a water pan ASAP.
So overall I am really happy with it. Everything is powder coated, and the quality of the table is awesome. I still have a lot to learn but it is easier to use than I expected. I’ve been able to figure out a few things through premiers YouTube channel.
so here are some pics in no particular order I’ll post more as they come.
My wife snuck a picture of me.... I’m building a taller stool soon.

here’s a sign I made for the company my wife works for. Nothing real complicated.

Bad grandpa is a great shop truck. Definitely makes it easy to get the sheets on the table. Could be a little higher but it’ll work for now.

test cuts that came out good enough to use on the sign.

Ready to clean up and paint. It took 13 minutes to cut this one.

Had the wrong torch setting on this one so there’s a lot of dross.

I didn’t come up with this idea but I still had to draw it up. Turned out nice.

Here are a couple gussets that were on the computer. I cut them out just for fun/testing purposes.

Here’s the sign before paint.

another preloaded cut file that I used as a test. It’ll go to a friend of mine for Christmas.

I was so happy when I found this file. Beadlock rings!

Some paint on it....

Another pic of the beadlocks rings

And that’s all I got for now

I’ll have to fix this and see what happens.
