Plastic AC pieces

Hey all,

Several plastic pieces broke off of the ac controls and a vacuum port also

Pic attached is whats killing me now. There as a rubber cover over it to but that is lost now.

is there anyone who carries these pieces/old gm part numbers/ what they are called?
