Just use a piece of metal like 1/4 plate and drill some holes in it and seal it with silicone. Thats all you need to do...just my $.02

One set is already on the road to a dude I sold the frame to.

The other set is waiting to get installed on a bare housing I have.

I think??? I have one at my house and it is just the flange like you want, but I am not going to be home until December though. I will keep you in mind and look when I get there, if you still need it.
