I'm looking to buy another 1986 K-5 Blazer. Here the scoop the current owner is tell me that his blazer has f/r locker, he go on tell me that the axle are from a 1975 1/2 4x4 that had Full Time t-case And that in 1975 that was a option ?

So Here the thing so in 1975 did Chevy have the option for a front locker in 1/2 ton with the np203 t-case?

I dont think front lockers were ever an option up to and maybe past '87.

No way.

The rear could have had a Gov-lok (not really a locker), GM didn't offer a locker in the front (and mechanical lockers have terrible road manners in the front of a full time 4WD vehicle).

I bet the front axle has slugs and not lockouts. I think all full time t-case axles had slugs, thats what he could be thinking of?
