Please help me ID this relay

Does anyone know what this relay is/does? I can't find the wiring pigtail that goes to it, and none of my buds seem to know what it is either....

The horn works for sure, Wes. I'll check the blower mtr in the morning, and report back.... Thanks

I don't remember ever seeing one like that, nor anything mounted there.


And I have never seen a high side relay for the blower motor on a non-A/C truck.

I see the blower wire in the 1st photo, come from inside the cab, so doubtful it is that. Gonna go with not factory

I do not believe that is a factory installed relay if that helps.
