Ok so I just bought an 88 K5 and it already has a 4" rough country lift with blocks in the back. It has 33's on it
with original wheels. The wheels have some rust on them so I was going to go with these new wheels.

I also bought a set of 35x12.5x15 mud claws to go on these. The main question I have is about offset. So the website says that these wheels have a negative offset of 46. What is that number? mms? And will that pose any problems as far as rubbing etc? Any help would be much appreciated!!!

Depends how wide the wheel is. It means that the mounting surface of the wheel is 46mm or about 1.8" inboard from the centerline of the rim. It all depends on the wheel width. Is there a backspace number?

I have 15x10 with 4.25" bs. With 35s, they'll rub the bottom corner near the cab when flexing and turning off-road. Mine will rub with 33s if it's flexing hard. Yours will stick out 0.875" further, making the rubbing worse. Everyday driving should be fine, and the rear should be ok off road. All of this depends on spring flexibility, terrain, and driving habits too. Here is a pic of mine with 35s and the wheels mentioned above:

With 33s. Yours will stick out 7/8" more

So with 35s and these wheels if im only driving on roads i wont have any problems?

How much do you think they will stick out from the wells?

About what mine do, maybe a little less. Like 1/8" less in front, and 5/8" in the rear...assuming you have the factory 6 lug 1/2 ton axles.
