Please help with these angles

I just measured my t case/driveline and pinion angles and came up with 18* for the driveline,9*up at the pinion,and 5* down at the t case.I can't figure out what they mean.It is an 88 K5 with a 700r4 and np208.It looks like a 2 1/2 inch lift with blocks in the rear and they don't look to have a taper.Do the ang
 
The center lines should be parallel with regular u-joints and should point at the t-case when using a CV.

After doing my shackle flip I had to rotate mine down 6*. I will weld new perches on when the 14 bolt goes in at about 5* and get rid of the shims.
 
Yeah by the pics on that website I can tell just by looking at it that the angle is off.The angle it's at now is like it would be with a cv shaft.

Would it make more sense to lower the t case?I have the 4*shims but figured I would see what may work best.
