Plz help me find this part

I am looking for a part called a shift rail poppet screw/nut (seen it listed as both in diagrams). It is from a np205 transfer case located on the top of the case and used to retain the bearings that are located on the top of the shift rails. I attached a pic of where they are located from a diagram just have had no luck locating them so any direction would be greatly appreciated.
