points tach with HEI

<font color=blue>I took my tach out today and found a small adjustment screw in the back on the top. Can I adjust this screw to make the tach more acurate? It's the original (71) tach but I have HEI ignition. TIA</font color=blue>

<font color=blue>Nevermind, it is how you adjust it. I just did it now. Turned the screw until the tach matched the numbers on my timing light. Yes, its acurate through the RPM range too
