Correct me if I'm wrong...

This trail is what you run for the first part of Trifecta. I don't remember any big issues running it last year that would prevent the wife and kids from enjoying it this year, but I read that you don't drive the entire poison spider trail when doing the trifecta.

Assuming that's true, what's the rest of the trail like and will the other three occupants of my k5 want to walk that part of the trail?

I doubt it. Depending on their wheeling experience.

Launching pad freaks me out, but I will pretty much have my wife and kids riding the whole trail, except for when I want pictures.

My girl (6) has been on hells revenge and flat iron Mesa with not many complaints. The boy (2) has only been to the supermarket. :)

I just want to make sure they had fun on most of the trail. I'm sure they'll get out and walk a bit anyway.

So are you bailing on prichett on Sunday? And running poison spider?

Heavens no. I was talking about the whole day when we run the trifecta. Just talking from experience, How dare you suggest that! :D:D

I have 2, ages 3( boy) & 4 (girl)
yates has 2 teenage boys
another guy has a 3yr old son.
All in the same big house in moab!:woot:

All of ours will be in the same large motel room :eek1::eek1::eek1:

Mine are 10 weeks ( will be when we get to Moab) 5 years old and 16.

I can't remember Keiths kids ages but one is 5 and I think the oldest is 12 or 13 and then an inbetween

So this is not a fun and easy ride for the fam? lol. I have a 9month old baby and my wife gets a little scared when teetering...

I think all these guys are talking about pritchet or trifecta. Is anyone besides me running just poison spider with pre-wheelers?

I was talking about Poison Spider, I have run the loop many times. But I have a different view than alot of folks on what is tippy or scary I suppose, so my opinion is pretty worthless I suppose

But later on in the thread I was talking about Pritchet, sorry for confusion.

I think the poison spider loop is a great place for a beginner in a decent rig, even a stock rig.

We'll have our 4 & 8yr-old sons with us.

Thanks. Poison spider it is then! My blazer is bone stock. I am contemplating a loc-rite, 4" lift and 33"s... But I dunno. I love enjoying things in their stock form.
