His looks like the '73 to '80.

'81 up to '87 trucks and up to '91 Blazer and Sub all have the same size bushing on each mount.

They would be 73-80 then. Came off a 75 K20...

I don't think so. You're blazer should have a few more bushings then a pickup. Sorry
