Por-15+Herculiner=?

If I put Por-15 will Herculiner adhere to it? or will
I need to sand the hell out of it????

POR 15 doesn't sand well at all. In fact, its basically impossible to chip it off something once its dry, and I doubt herculiner will adhere to it. Where are you using it?

coating the whole thing with herculiner
