ahh... the bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of low price is gone.

If you clearly communicated what your requirements were then the onus is completely on the seller to make it right.

I figure my personal time is worth about $50/hour. The time required to fix these type of screw ups is usually greater than the transaction value itself, not to mention the aggravation.

Hang these ****ers out to dry over at Pirate. They are ruthless on this type of crap. Thanks for the warning, I appreciate it.

yea that was my plan, i hate to be a jerk, but they screwed me out of having my truck running,a dn making me pay extra for gear install because the shop spent time trying to install these gears before they realized they were wrong. and then pay for shipping on top of that....WTF

I think this might explain the differing opinions on their service, one guy knows what he's doing and the other doesn't

the guy i talked to everytime, and ordered my stuff from was Colby, i believe thats his name. he told me he was a manager.
