I am at the inevidible(sp?) crossraod. I just got her built, for me anyways. I am just starting out in the 4x4 world. I have always wanted a 4x4 and finally got hooked on these old beauties.
I really enjoy what I have now and I am comfortable with the money I have invested.
Now, I don't know if I should build up the half ton stuff, gears,locker etc. or should I jump on the 1 ton band wagon?????????????????????????????? i think I have 3.08's right now.
I am leaning towards gears and a rear locker. I don't know what gears to go with and I am not able to do it myself.
I just got the lift and tires so there is no money right now.
What I have been thinking about doing is building up the half ton and also at the same time start collecting the 1 ton stuff and see what happens after that.
My next run will be at the same location as the other pics(where I am stuck and no one can believe it
). The guy that owns the land wants to start cutting trails and letting guys come out and play.I really want to go to Gilmer, Oklahoma(Disney, have you ever heard of it?) Actually any of the big places here in TX.
I would like to go to Shilo Ridge but will not be able to. It would be cool to get a bunch of CK5-Texas crew together.
