Possible good deal? $2,000 for 39.5 TSLs

I went to look at a set of 39.5 TSLs tonight.
Instead I was more interested in the 69 CST K5 also for sale.
Bone stock with 3:08's, 350/465/205 drive train
Factory rollbar, looks to be a factory tire/jerrycan carrier.
Seats recently redone.
Has the carpets out and is solid inside other than surface rust.
Body is solid, just had a 68 front clip put on, doors need help but another good set go with it.
Right side rocker is rotted but a new rocker is in the back, along with the new dash and windshield.
It doesn't leak.
Also included is a 72 K5 rolling chassis with a new 6" front/rear spring lift(3:08 1/2 ton axles), Warn winch bumper and 8K winch.
And a 4:56 D70 rear axle.
$2000 39.5's included.
I put $500 down on it.

To good of a deal to pass up, I need to start eatin pennies and shittin $20's.
I know the guy selling it pretty well, so I have some time to cough up the dough.
He has all the parts gathered for a pretty cool rig.
I just need to put it all together. Fine by me.
The 39.5's will go on the 78 K5.
A 6" lift and 35's will be good to go for the 69. Roll a 14 bolt and a D44 with 4:56 gears and it would be set.
I have no need for the D70 so I'll just leave it there.
It's a relistic project, clean and prep the other chassis, and just swap the body over.
The body needs some work but nothing major, almost a scuff and shoot.
Then the 78 will just be the thrash rig.
