Possible Parting out of 85 K10

I'm moving in a month, I can't register my truck here in Spokane now due to emissions and I can't in Reno were i'm moving. Need money to buy my wife a car cause I"m keeping the 89 burb to drive. I haven't had much luck selling this truck here. So I am considering parting out.

First on the chopping block would be the 350;
Recently rebuilt 350 with 10.5:1 compression.
Newer edelbrock 600 electric choke carb.
Newer MSD Streetfire HEI ignition.
New plugs and wires.
Newer hedman Hedders

Sm465 4spd
possibly the 10bolts with 4.10 gears
33x12.50s on 15x10s

I'd like to keep it as a rolling chassis for down the road to put a tbi 350/nv4500 in it with 3/4ton gear.

How much for the whole truck as it sits? Would it make it back home on the road?Z

it runs and drives great, has a few little problems, most of them are in the steering column. bad turn signal switch. I've been advertising local for 3500 OBO
