Could this be a return line that was not used on my 76 K5? Wasn't connected at all.

If so, wonder if I could use that for Holley Sniper?

what size return does Holley recommend?

If you're going to use an in tank pump I would use the old feed as the return and run a new feed to the EFI.

o.e.m.
3/8 = feed
5/16 = return
1/4 = vent from tank .

holley gives you 2 3/8" AN fittings to start unless you get the master kit with pump . i have read up a lot of guys having no problems on 5/16" return off the sniper . they do say tho no more than 3psi restriction on the return line .

my system i plumbed out i am doing 3/8 feed and 5/16 return . info in the BUDGET BEATER thread . and i didnt use the AN stuff . i went late model nylon lines i made .

and MAJOR FYI : on another forum a guy used his oem line for the sniper and didnt see a factory rubber hose chunk on the frame rail and burnt down the front half of his car in under 45 sec time from start up . the old rubber split and leaked under the vehicle and by the time he noticed it and shut it off it went puff up in flames . but they got it out with out and garage or house major damage .

so make sure to pressure test the lines real good before you fire it off . cycle the key and build pressure 5-6-7-8-9 times and make sure no leaks .
