Hey guys
Myself and @truckaholic are buying some parts from a guy in Jersey. He's in Planefield and parting out a project. We are buying a very large pallet of parts with some serious weight.
Our plan is to use Fastenal. However, they have not contacted me yet after my request on Wednesday. Obviously the thanksgiving holiday is playing into this delay. The seller has to borrow a truck to get it to fastenal and also has to pick up the parts in Lynwood(or something like that).
At this point, I am concerned that there may be a delay in fastenal accepting the shipment. This may put the purchase in jeopardy.
I was wondering if there were any members in the area that could help store and drop off at fastenal if there is a timeframe issue. I won't know until Monday if there is an issue, but figured I would start with an alternative plan now.
If you're in the area, an established member here and can help, pm me. We can discuss payment and what parts we are talking about.
You'll need to have a way to unload a pallet from a truck. It will be put in with a cherry picker.
