Post 1975 rear quarters fit on pre-75 k5?

Will post 1975 rear quarter panels fit on 73 to 75 k5 blazer? If so, what modifications need to be made and are they major? Send pictures if you have done this before to [email protected] or do you know of writen steps on how to do it? thanks
