hey everyone post up ur homemade, other than stock bumpers, im gonna start cutting and welding soon, but im not really set on a design yet. oh yeah front or rear or both :D
 
heres mine... i used a 4" angle grinder and a 135 welder to do the whole thing.

Here's the bumper I made for my trail rig....

Mine which isn't quite finished yet. Used 4" channel, torch, chop saw, and 180A stick welder. Still need to add D rings and a hitch receiver.

Here's mine. Not quite finished yet, but she will be this weekend :D ! All I lack is cutting and welding in some 1/4" plate gussets, drilling some holes, and shooting some paint. The pics are decieving, it doesn't actually hang out that far from the fenders, it just looks like it does because it is coming out toward you.

Started with a Warn winch box from a Suburban then added the wings. Still need to plate the top.
 
Too bad there won't be a girl's calender next time... :o
