.060 /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif What can I say even at .060 the gap is strong as can be w/ msd distributor/coil/box/wires.
 
I used to run .060-.065 with my MSD box, wires, coil, etc. Now that I went to FI from carb and don't have the MSD I run .02-.03 over what stock specs is for the TPI.

I got the AC Delco rappid fire ones and it said NOT to gap them. They were off from what the blazer normally uses but I didnt gap them and they work great. If you have platinum plugs dont gap them because it can mess them up.

i have those plugs that have the four tips on them

cant gap them if i wanted to
 
Gapped mine at .035, .045, and .055, no difference with any of them. Stock HEI. You could probably gap up to .080 without noticing any problems.
