Open them up in a photo editor like Photshop , Paintpro etc . And resize them . You could even use Windows Paint which is free , go under image at the top , select stretch/skew , and chose how big you want it in a percentage of original
I use Photoshop , but did this in Windows Paint ( free ) to show you it works
