Potential New Tow Rig

Just found an 83 or 84 K30 dually w/ a 6.2/400/205 combo. Also has new tires and new dual interstate batteries. Interior is like new and so is exterior. Here's the kicker: it's got 36000 original miles!! ALso has a fifth wheel hookup, tool box, and a Superwinch 9000lb winch on a receiver up front. The guy want $5500 OBO. He's also interested in my 97 Conv Van for a swap. He has some custom built trailers & I'm gonna go work a deal tomorrow.

So, started it up and it sounds great. Does this sound to good to be true? It's got a few (2 or 3) spots where it looks like rust under the paint. I think it'll make a great work truck & an even better tow rig.

Any comments?

Sounds like a deal to me but what do I know? I'd take it out for a spin and maybe a tow and see what happens.
