I tryed to do a little searching befor posting but didnt find what I was looking for. I got power tailgate and wanted to know what wires I need to ground and put power to to get the window to roll up.Looks like a blue, brown, red and another blue ill try to post a pic

Thanks

I will have to look but I think the lite blue ones go form the dash switch to the latch switch to the motor and the orange one goes to the fuse block under the dash to motor ( 12V ). The orange one may go to the dash switch also. You can see the big orange wire plugged in, in the top left corner.

Also look by the driver side frame rail at the firewall, there should be 2 round rubber inline wire plugs that lead to the back, this is were the wire plug in that go through the firewall for the back window. I can look tommorow and get some more pics if you need.

Cool ty ill give that a try and see what i get. its a 73 with no power had a reg window crank and was broken and the back window was busted out so i got the power one so ill give it a try, jsut dont want to blow out the motor or some thing

All three wires are power, ground is through the shell. One wire is powered from the switch to raise the window, one is to lower it, and the orange is constant power to the tailgate switch.
