power glitch in newly installed cd player

i installed my new kenwood w/my friend, and now while the engines runing it cuts on and off...what could be the problem?

hmm..bad ground? check the wiring for power and ground..make sure they are both good.

I would recomened rewireing it. It's not that hard too do, and alot less of a headacke trying too track down the one bad wire.
