The pattern on the back of the block that the bellhousing bolts to is the same on the 4 and 6 cylinder Cummins. There is almost no chance that the Perkins has this same bolt pattern. Perkins is more closely related to Cat than Cummins ( the two companies have never had ties with each other ).
