just bought a new Texas Ranger TRE - 127SLE 40 channel AM Mobal CB radio

and the power inmput is 13.8 V is there a way i can get that from the car?

does the Accesories outlet in the truck have a higher voltage output?

Most radios will say 13.8V cuz thats usually the Alternator's output voltage, when the engine is running, so it can charge the battery. It will work fine on 12V (or probably 11V). Your accessory outlet will work just fine.

kool thx. ya i just hard wired it to my Assecory outlets that are switched =]
