Hi there, hoping someone has the part numbers as I cannot for the life of me find them for my K5. It is a 91 GMC Jimmy.... but it is a V series from what I can tell. Likely was a fleet vehicle for a gov agency based on the drab tan color and Spartan interior.

This particular one has a power steering cooler in it so there is a single pressure line and then two return lines in the setup (one from box to cooler and then cooler to pump). I would like to get stock style replacement hoses because I am swapping the entire front steering and suspension and there is no reason to not change out the lines as I do it all.

I grabbed steering box from Redhead, borgeson shaft with vibration dampening U-joint, bilstein shocks, ORD shackle kit, Alcan springs made to stock height, new sway bar bushings, new steering stabilizer, WFO made tie rod, all new ends, and a new drag link. Basically only thing that won't be new in the steering system is the pump which works fine and the column which will get replaced at a later time with a rebuilt tilt column once I can source one and have time to rebuild everything.

Rear suspension is already all updated (alcans and bilsteins as well) so once I do the front items I think this thing should be driving all but like new.... potentially better since redhead uses tighter than stock tolerances for their boxes, rag joint will be gone, and the springs and shocks are sure nicer than stock would have been.

Anyone have the three power steering line part numbers for reference? Worst case I will pull the stock ones and go have some made to match but would rather just buy off the shelf. PS - Yes I know that the low pressure ones don't really need the formed ends like stock but I would still rather just have them that way.....

On the return line side it is fairly low pressure, you can use bulk power steering return line hose or transmission cooler hose..

I have taken the OEM fittings off old hoses by grinding away the outer crimped shell and leave the barb fitting inside intact,to use with bulk hose..some factory return lines are merely clamped rubber hose too, those fittings can be re-used..

My guess is no parts store is going to have those hoses in stock anyways, you'll have to order and wait for them to show up..in that case you'd be better off with bulk return line hose and clamps you can get pretty much anywhere..
