I think I've got that bracket you need laying in my garage, hardware should be with it, the pump and lines are there too if you need that. Pm me if interested.

Very busy with work.

i think i can get by with washers for now, but i will be actively looking for that stud.

I'll look around and see if I have an extra. I pulled some brackets off trucks at the pick and pull and I kept all the hardware.
