I'm trying to figure out which line goes where. I'm pretty sure I have it correct however it makes noise after warmed up.

The From the low pressure side of pump which side of the box does that line go into? Farther of the 2 on steering box or closer of the 2? I've bypassed the set of lines below the radiator due to a severe leak until I can get a real cooler. Need help as soon as poss so I can try to fix the dang power steering whine.

Low pressure is always the smaller size fitting on the box. If the box has a fitting with a clamp, that would be the return or low pressure.

Make sure you have plenty of fluid in the res before you start the engine. Raise the front tires off the ground to aid in the process. Turn the wheel to the left all the way and back off a bit and hold it for a dew seconds. Do the same to the other side, and then back and forth till it's all smooth. Make sure you have fluid thoughtout the hole process.

Well my suburban had a series of hard lines wrapped back and forth below the radiator which I believe was for extra fluid and a bit of cooling. I had to bypass this system and connect from pump to box and back. I wanted to make sure the system was routed correctly before going onto other stuff too. I've found a small cooler that I will be using in place of the hard lines and hopefully that will get rid of the noise after driving 20+ miles. Any other thoughts on what to check if that doesn't work? thanks.

Sometimes driving it does seem to get those hard to flush bubbles. But If it's still making noise, it's probably something else.
