power steering hose

I know I can get one at the parts store for like $10 but all I need is the metal part of the line and the fitting on the end. I cant find a fitting the same size with a flared piece of steel line around here any where but I know that a power steering line fitting will work and dont see the point in ruining a perfectly good hose for the fitting. so if anybody has on old hose that has a good fitting and metal line they would like to get rid of I could use one. needs to be one of the older ones with the flared fittings too. thanks

what style, flare or Oring fitting?

I need the flared style. Ive already tried the o-ring style cause I have a couple of them layin around and it wouldnt work.

You better specify what size fitting you're needing. There are 2 different size P/S fittings. The pressure side is different than the return side.

Thats what I was going to ask, also. But I have both. So if still needed, just let me know what one.

whoops, sorry I need the pressure side. already tried using a fitting for the return and it was too small but the pressure would be just right.
