So apparently one of my power steering hoses was resting on the steering post and eventually the abrasion tore a hole in the hose. It's one of the hoses that has metal tube fused to the rubber, hydraulic hose I guess. It runs from the back of the power steering pump up to the mechanism behind the brake master cylinder. Question is where can I get this part? LMC Truck maybe? I would assume this isn't something I can get at the local parts store. Anyway just thought I'd ask before searching.

Thanks

Yep, those hoses are off the shelf at local auto parts stores. That mechanism behind your master is hydroboost. Make sure you tell them that at the auto store. If you can, take in the hose, to match with the new one. Those hoses are between $30-40 in my experience.
