Power steering leak

My power steering gear box (82 k5, standard steering setup) is leaking at the very top...right behind the rag joint..where the shaft goes in...can i fix this?(just have standard hand tools, no speciality tools) is there a way to fix it? or do i just need a new gear box?

There is a seal there that is replaceable. If it were me, I'd put some top leak in there, it will slow or stop the leak for a while at least.

No need to get a new box over a leaky seal.
