Power steering leak

I have a leak betwwen the pulley and the pump. I looked in auto parts stores and see there are different things I can buy. My question is, do I need to replace the whole thing, or just the seals, or what? Is there a seal replace kit or just a simply rebiuld kit? Would these be good or should I but the entire thing?

pumps are cheap enough i would just get a new one and be done with it.
