This came with a truck I bought. Is there anyway to know if it works in this state? Or do I need to install it and find out?

First inspect the can, if it has any bend bows or dents, it will leak. If so get a replacement. you would need pressure gauge @2500 psi and fittings to connect to pressure port. block return line. you can spin the pump with an air tool using the hex or thread a bolt into shaft should make @ 1200- 1300 psi stock 1500 modified.

I cannot for the life of me get this damn bolt out. The nut is going to round. I tried thin wall impact, box wrench etc. All I have I threw at it. It will not budge.

I can use the old stock bracket but in order to use this ICT bracket that nut needs removed.

many other suggestion to get this damn thing out?

Maybe try jamming 2 nuts together and see if you can turn it out with the lower nut, that’ll keep you from tearing up the nut against the tank.

Throw the 12 point socket or wrench away and use a six point socket or wrench. !2 points have a habit of rounding off
the nut or bolt as shown by you picture.

Got the pulley on, was a bit finicky. Instead rounding that PS bolt, for the meantime I’ll use the old stock one.

Gotta ask out loud, you're going to put a nut on the p/s/pump shaft, right?

It’s on.. hahaha you mean the belt doesn’t keep it in place? Hehehe

seriously though, a little blue loctite on there?
