Power steering question

1991 Sub, I have no power steering, the pump is turning has fluid and no huge leaks. Can the pump be bad, I replaced in 02/2005?

Most likely bad pump espically if you installed a rebuilt one in 05.

Yeah, sounds like a pump to me as well. Mine binds up when cold like having no power steering.

I removed the pulley and the shaft came with it. Any secrets to aligning the new pump to the bracket, I tried for an hour and no go. I'm falling back to regroup
