power steering support bracket?

I got my PSC kit and it bolts up nicely but my factory pump has these double ended bolts for the rear support bracket. If I swap these over to the new PSC pump will it mess anything up in the pump like a seal or some thing?

Just want to make sure I don't screw something up!!
