I got hydro installed on my truck. I have put on 4 pumps. the last one I put on I did not do the mods to the pump. It has an external resevoir and cooler so I know that is not my problem. It went out again after one week. think this time the pump went out again or ram/steering box? Anyone know how to check the pressures besides just replacing the pump?

Did you bleed all the air out of the system. I had to loosen a line at the ram and start the engine until i got a good stream of fluid then tighten the line again and then cycle the wheels lock to lock about 20-25 times with the wheels off the ground.

yea I did but it worked great for a week then just stopped. how could it be air in there now? U tried jacking it up anf turning the tires. still has alot more resistance than it should
