So this is for my 84 K5. In the past my 82 & my 90 K5 I always ended up changing out the motors and the windows worked like new. I did that to my current 84 with no luck. I'm thinking it's more of a power window switch issue as I don't feel like the motor is getting enough juice. Has anyone else experienced this from the switch?

You need to remove the motor and make sure the window operates smoothly. This includes the window felts and the original ‘grease’ they used that turns to a sticky gum after several years. It’s used in the window tracks/gears on the regulator and inside the motors themselves. Clean and relube the tracks and regulator with some bearing grease. The motors are always getting a bad rap. The ones that I’ve disassembled/cleaned/greased can lift 50 lbs before stalling which I’m sure the ones you buy can do too.
