hey i have a 86 custom delux so it has no power or air and i wanted to put
power windows in it and it is gonna cost me like 300 bucks. should i stick with the manual or go with power and if so where can i find everything i need for a good price (other than LMC)

thanks buffblazer

I know you said other than LMC, but their kit is only 149.95. But I would trade you in a heartbeat, I hate my power windows.

what all do you have to order out of LMC? is the kit just replacement parts or
can it convert your manual to power? I already have the door panels but
i just dont know if its worth the money. do i need to order anything else other than the Kit?

try the junkyard for the regulator/motor assembly and harnesses. If you 'pick and pull' you will be able to put it back in your vehicle ;)

Replace the motors while they are out

new motor Napa 655-1374

I love my power windows but you need the tracks clean and lubed plus fresh motors.

Power is more trouble than it is worth for the windows IMO. But power locks are pretty nice.

I would assume the kit from LMC is all that you need.
