Hey thanks to everybody who helped with my last post about my screwy 350/203 set up.

Actually going to just ditch that set up, its a mess. Thinking about going with sm465/205 set up and really want to do hydraulic throw out. I have all the parts and a section of firewall to locate but its 80s firewall and for one reason or another its a bit different. Anyone have a Pre ‘80 with hydraulic conversion?

This may help.

When you bolt the hydraulic pedals in, the pedal set bracing will locate the hole for the master cylinder. The newer trucks are center punched for the master holes but your 70's truck wont have them marked, hydraulic clutch didn't happen till about '85. Also the hydroboost and vacuum booster trucks have different hole patterns for the pedal set. Make sure your booster and pedals are the same setup.

Thank you so much! I was thinking that the pedals woukd help

Do you think I will have any issues putting 87 k10 pedals in 77 as longbas they both had vacuum brakes

All that convert to hydraulic have older trucks so yes you can use the newer pedals.
Hydroboost has a different location for the clevis on the pedal itself so it's easy to make sure you got the right one
