I've been checking out carbs lately and everything I've read about the Predator has impressed me. I was wondering if anyone here has tried one and what thier opinion is.

ok wel that pretty much answers the question I had about fuel economy on a DD. Has anyone tried the steet model with idler circuit? I imagine fuel consumption would be a lot better on that.

If its a DD and Economy is in the question, you are looking a very bad direction if you think something like a Predator is what you want.

My suggestion for a performance oriented DD would be a tricked Quadrajet.
