So i got my frame soda blasted yesterday , this seemed like the best option while the body is on.

Anyway so the frame looks great down to bare metal and all however there are still rust spots left of course .. i will be grinding off the rust with a wire wheel and hitting all the rust i cant get with the wheel with naval jelly..

This will still leave some rusty areas which are surface rust to some rust that is pitting into the metal..

I will be shooting ppg dp epoxy primer then ppg dp ployurethane topcoat gloss black.

Im wondering if i should first use a rust converter on the areas i cant get perfect or should i just spray the primer after i prep the frame the best i can?

I was thinking of picklex20

Anyone that has experience with epoxies let me know what would be the best way to prep to stop rust before i shoot !!
