Has anyone picked up the pressed h1 centers that usa6x6 used to sell? Wanting to order up some, finally got h1's now 6x6 is out of business....*sigh* Does anyone know who made those centers? I know its always been figured that one of the big wheel manufacturers was making them for him, just wondering if anyone knows who it was? Thanks guys.

Use John at Stazworks. He blows USA6x6 out of the water.

Not if you want anything this century...

Don't get me wrong, nice guy, true to his word, etc., but deals with him seemingly take forever.

wasnt that the same problem that 6x6 had, stuff taking forever?

And I seem to recall reading on pirate that stazworks stuff wasnt the same as the 6x6 pieces. That the way they did theirs it was like they did it all as a flat plate and then pressed it to give it the dish for the backspacing, whereas 6x6's stuff was die-punched which left flanged holes making that center stronger. Or something to that effect

I posted the same question a while back & I still haven't found centers like USA6x6 sold.

there is someone i cant remember the name of the company but they mostly make beadlock stuff...he is a vendor on here i think...not sure if his are pressed or not though

Might be the same guy I e-mailed a couple of times that's on here(deleted the e-mails). His centers were higher than USA's so I decided to go with them. I tend to procrastinate & USA went under before I got around to ordering them.

Once upon a time, long long ago...

Esteban86k5 was the first to do pressed centers in H1's, his came from Stockton Wheel in Ca.. I don't have any contact info but iirc they were willing to sell centers separately but it seems like they were a little pricey.

Prob. be cheaper now to cut the centers out of some old 16.5 white spokes. I wish I'd kept some of the rims I just got rid of now.

old thread i know but anybody know where to get 6x5.5 pressed centers for h1s?all i have found are flat centers or 8 lug

Check the Pirate vendor forum, Mad Mac is your man. :thumb:

I got my diff cover from them and their shipping was just as quick as ruffstuff's.
