I have a set of connecting rods with pistons attached, and I want to separate the two. The pins are pressed into the con rod. What's the best/easiest way to press the pins out, for a guy without a shop press? I'm gonna scrap the pistons but I want to use the rods for a non-motor related project.

Drive across the bridge into Fremont, meet a fellow CK5er while he presses them apart for you while you wait, watch, learn and then we can have lunch, then return over same said bridge back to the City. :deal: :thumb:

We can even bead blast the rods so they are nice and pretty for whatever your project is.
